Hi Dr Mandel ❤ the last 2 days I have been getting pixilated vision 3 times a day 10-15 mins. followed immediately by a migraine, The only thing different I did this week was eat a ton of dark chocolate covered raisins and dark chocolate cashews and chocolate chip cookies everyday and eating sourdough bread with all my meals, I normally juice celery every AM and eat as close to plant base as possible during the week lentil soups, kale salad etc
Now I have been feeling awful with this vision pixilation followed by a nasty migraine …. How do I get rid of the pixilation permanently?? I have had a migraine without it in the past years of my life ??? Please help me 🙏💕it happened 3 times yesterday AND 4 times today …. Thank you Allie

I just tried the hands in the ice water method when I started to feel an attack coming on and it really helped. I kept my hands in the water , flexing and releasing, for about 30 second intervals for 2 to 3 minutes. I felt better after about five minutes. I also tried to put my feet in hot (not scalding) water for about three minutes and that also helped. You are a godsend and I really appreciate your advice.❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This is just an old home remedy that I’ve done 100 times. Fill the tub with hot water, as hot as you can stand without scolding yourself, then turn on the shower as cold as you can stand. Do this till the hot water is cool. Works every time, but is not always available and is not a long term solution. Talk to your doctor.

It really helped to reduce the pressure in my headache. I did take the medicines 20minutes before doing this. But this help to significantly reduce the pressure and heavy headedness.

I have noticed that when I get migraines, my feet are usually hot and a bit swollen. I apply cold gel packs to my feet and I think it really helps level things out.

Dr mandell i can't use ice nd cold water i have arthritis i can't even put my feet down anything cold for me it's a no no I'm 62 years please help

I ve had debilitating migraines for 20 yrs now. Last year i had to take an antisychotic medicine called ariproprozole. Unfortunately it increased my insulin levels and i stopped it. During the time i took it the intensity and frequency of the migraines were highly reduced. I looked up the content of this medicine and it has magnesium seatrate in it. IF for 2 months now. Cut out carbs, rice and wheat. Is it okay for me to take magnesium supplements daily without it messing with my insulin levels or kidney health. Google gives mixed answers

I've had a terrible migraine going on 3 days now, today being the 3rd. As I type this, my hands are frozen lol. BUT IT WORKED! I finally have relief! I made a bowl of ice water, plenty of ice. Dip my hands in it until I could not tolerate it any longer, then I repeated the hand exercise until my hands were warm. Then I just repeated this for 4-5minutes. I started feeling relief in the first 2-3min. I'm going to do it a little more... just to be sure it doesn't come back! I'm amazed!!! And so very grateful for this video! The migraine pain was up my neck, pain behind eyes, pain in temples - now completely gone! Seriously! 🥰😍🥰

Hello Doctor, I am experiencing post COVID migraine with aura. During the attack my speach get slurry and facial drooping. Had all the tests done and ruled out stroke. What do you suggest to resolve this as it's happening frequently. Also numbness tingling feeling on the right side and balance problem continuing nearly two months.
