ОтветитьI cut sugar/caffeine out of my life and feel overall more stable as an individual. I can get to sleep with ease, I wake up no longer dependent on coffee and have a stable amount of energy all day. The body goes through very positive changes just after 2 weeks of quitting sugar.

ОтветитьI've actually still gotten sleepy after drinking coffee an hr or 2 before bed and didn't really affect me. Coffee doesn't really help me is getting me more awake, I'm just addicted to the taste but I don't feel any more energized than if I drank water. But it feels nice in the morning and its more of a habit.
