have you done that befor
ОтветитьSweet stuff.
ОтветитьHey dude awesome job what gas flow you use
ОтветитьTop quality work , looking at yours the manifolds pipes ive lust received for welding are junk. Wasted a damm load of money .
ОтветитьHow long did it take you to get good at feeding wire with your hand like that. I cant keep it stable. Like the wire wants to move in a curved direction.
ОтветитьNice process dude. Results start at the prep stage.
ОтветитьMint welds mate if I can end up this good I'll be done ✅
ОтветитьScrew the haters, you keep building quality products. Because of guys like you and many other I want to start doing this, im in school learning all the processes. I can combine 20+ years of being a diesel mechanic and my new skills as a welder and make my own performance parts. 🤘
ОтветитьMan nice work. I love using a positioner whenever possible. I’m in the nuclear industry and we do a lot of X-ray pipe work. We primarily use the J bevel which is a bit of a pain to prep but really sweet to weld! Great to see you purging as well. There are custom exhaust companies out there that are not purging and it’s disgusting! Keep up the good work and representing us welder/fabricators well!
ОтветитьHAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT TO RIG THE TORCH SO IT DOESNT MOVE AND YOU CAN JUST RUN ROD BY HAND?..
ОтветитьBro this is awesome great work would love to just come job shadow you for a week hell a month just to learn so cool and very well done 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘
ОтветитьI need to build a positioner !
ОтветитьAmazing work, Very inspiring and informative. Subscribed and liked.
ОтветитьWhat angle is your bevel?
ОтветитьYou're definitely consistent and your work is beautiful. I always enjoy seeing your posts on the gram.
ОтветитьYou are a highly skilled precision machine.Great work !
ОтветитьNice work.
Ответитьnice job, but why is that pipe so thick(2.5mm?) why not thinner(1.6mm)
ОтветитьIf you kept the positioner turning after you tapered off your arc, you would get a more even discoloration and not that stop line of different color.
ОтветитьSo many questions! How do you control, work out the speed of the positioner and how do you start it or is it timed?
Ответитьwhere did u buy this torch cape ?
ОтветитьCan you make a more in-depth video of the tig welder and what water cooler
Ответитьdoes clamping the stainless between carbon steel, cause issues down the road? any rust forming?
ОтветитьWao! can't wait to be like this, hi from Puerto Rico.
ОтветитьVery clean work. I’m in aerospace and we use positioners on 90% of our parts I love using them. I want to get into doing more headers and customs intakes and stuff like you do with purging. I know I will with my pre-runner build keep up the awesome work I love watching the welding videos.
ОтветитьAwesome work man, thanks for the demonstration! Are you pretty much at full pedal at 100 amps once the positioner starts going?
ОтветитьGreat work. I think its ridiculous that people get butthurt about how a weld is done or not doing all different types of welding production. Like you said you do performance parts for cars thats your whole operation.
Ответитьcan u try thin wall stainless on the positioner like regular size header material 16guage
ОтветитьHow bad do they shrink?
ОтветитьDo you do lessons on this? Would definitely like to learn from you very clean work👍🏻
ОтветитьLooking really good 🔥
