As someone with autism who has never fit in this world, this song really uplifts me and makes me feel it's ok to ne me, despite others constantly telling me that I'm too annoying to be myself in public.

This is OUR anthem. OUR theme song. I have a mental illness called social anxiety. And this is by far my fav song EVER, most inspirational song I have EVER heard, etc. It's also my fav teacher's fav song.

Autism is just a different ability. I suffered a from a dysfunctional childhood to an insecure and vulnerable adult. It's taken me all my life to fix the broken pieces back together. This song says it all for so very many of us
