I understand that this was a tremendous amount of work but this was a massive info packed learning video. Outstanding my friend. You hit almost every base and one could come out way ahead simply from this one video alone.
ОтветитьIf my daddy was still alive he would be an avid follower n you would be one of his favourites...
ОтветитьThis is one that i missed Corp. An awesome video Sir. Thank you. You are badass for sure.
ОтветитьAbsolutely love this build. Creative and inspiring. You did a great job!
ОтветитьCorporal, F the trolls! I know many of us your channel! Don't mention them again and they will hate it!
ОтветитьThis is my favorite. Lots of knots and lashings to practice.
Ответитьamazing! I like it better than my house. Love it!
ОтветитьI am a 57 year old woman and would love to spend a weekend with you learning how to do something like this. Love the tools, cord and knots you use.
ОтветитьOutstanding AF! This may be one of my favorite constructions you've shared with us. The lashing system was about as robust as it gets, certainly not your average bipod shelter
ОтветитьIs that your own recipe of Bad Ass Shit or is that at the grocery store, lol, like it
ОтветитьBro this sleeps 3 easy
ОтветитьThat camp is straight out of my dreams. I first saw that pic in 2003. It's a drawing by Robert Baden Powell. It was in an Irish scout book called The Scouting Trail. Amazing job! Delighted you did it. Incredible hitches & knots too. I love it!
ОтветитьSolid job, Cpl. I was a Carpenter for a decade, decades ago, and I like it. There were some things I'd have modified, but I think it's dope af.
ОтветитьReally enjoyed the video! Great job on the shelter!
ОтветитьNot a criticism, just an observation, looking at the picture more closely I realized the bipods are placed perpendicular to each other. One position to resist forces front and back, the second orientation to resists forces side to side, triangle structures in both directions to minimize racking. Awesome video. I never would have seen this without you posting it. Thank you so much!
Ответитьאתה אדם מיוחד 😊
ОтветитьJust when I think I've seen all the variations of a " raised bed " or "platform " , Shawn comes up with a new one . That thar dang ol' algorithm s'got me addicted.
ОтветитьAwesomeness... AGAIN ! Thanks ...Alan in 🇨🇱
ОтветитьOutstanding AF
ОтветитьI enjoy watching your builds, but how do you have access to all those trees you cut? Couldn't do it on any public land/forests where I live.
ОтветитьBad ass shit 😜😂😂
When you don't want to give away your secret recipe. 😅👍
I am a subscriber and I came across this old video of yours, even though you do some great new ones, this one is exceptionally well and very well done ingenious . 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎🌴🌴🇺🇸
ОтветитьHow did you clear the ground? And, how long did it take?
ОтветитьThis is Master Bushcraft! Awesome! Thanks for posting.
ОтветитьA lot of thought and work went into constructing that... The shelter is also not to shaby! But that burger!
ОтветитьGreat job they day man has to dream your dream time only made it better

ОтветитьGreat job SK
ОтветитьNice!.... but if you can't sit up in your shelter and it won't cover your feet when you lay, no fun when it rains for hours.....
ОтветитьI remember this from boy scouts God damn I feel about
ОтветитьI attempted this build with my nephew a week or so and the work was intense! You did it in one day, it took us three! You are the hardest working man in this industry. Hats off to you, sir!
ОтветитьAsskickiness shelter!
