Ответитьreally enjoyed this, as all of the workouts, but I've been doing the belly fat workout for several months and I went into a shop today that had the changing rooms open. First time I've really had a good look at the results!! esp from behind, my back and waist. Realised I had done good work and I needed to expand my workout routines!! So this was a really nice change, loved the moves, not too hard on the back or knees but nice to keep flexibility, strength and stamina. thanks Lucy

ОтветитьWeek 3 Day 2. I could not have done this workout 2 weeks ago, especially not after doing the 7 minute HIIT challenge first. Sweat running down my neck but happy 😃 I’m so amazed at myself 😍🥰😘🥳
