ОтветитьAnchovy is so under rated. I use it in all pasta sauces. Love it with lamb. That umami of anchovy is bomb:))) Of course whoever made Worcestershire sauce obviously knew that it was amazing too.

ОтветитьI made this using canned whole tomatoes cause where I live we don't have the fresh Italian varieties. But I put pitted green olives, lots of olive oil and anchovies. It is the best tasting pasta I've ever had.

Not only because you present them in such an appealing style, but more importantly, you put so much passion in making them.
There’re three things I found outstanding:
No.1, You changed the background music from classical to somewhat more of jazzy or native music here, freshly with the beat matches your cooking step by step. We could enjoy both.
No.2, Though you somehow speed up your shooting motions, you’ve made sure the viewers can see each detail of the ingredients and cooking process, so they won’t MISS IT!
No.3, The more I watch your videos, the more I feel you’ve dedicated with every fibre of your soul in making others enjoy their life.
To me, the way you magically prepare, cook and almost “play” with all the ingredients, fresh or dry, turn those gifts of nature to something so marvelous and loved by million, is the way you’re making the world a better place.

Ответитьcarbonara, you can see the pasta nest to collapse because the pasta is overcooked. For the rest, if you can stand soft pasta, I would say the taste is very good. You used good ingredients, good cheeses, good eggs, good guanciale. Only the pasta was not good quality, you can tell from the colour when it is intense yellow nearly orange is because of industrial process that use very fast dry methods that precook and ruin pasta. Good pasta colour should be nearly whitish and it has to be rough to the touch, not silky smooth.

ОтветитьThat puttanesca looks divine. I have a lazy man’s version, when you really don’t feel like cooking, and want something on the table in ten minutes.
Cook pasta, drain. Put on plate. Add your fave spaghetti sauce, which was heated.
Take a jar of your favorite tapenade, put 1-2 Tbs (or more) on the sauced pasta. Stir it all together. Add grated cheese if you want. Can’t get any lazier than that.
