Hi Tom, how many hours a day do you (or did you) practice to get to that level?
It’s weird cause when I train, I spend the first 15 min to warm up, then reach flow, for another 15 and eventually I start getting pissed and tired.
What about you? Do you have training tips to be more efficient? Cheers from barcelona
