Fix Nintendo Switch Not Charging - M92T36 Charge Control Chip Replacement

This is so frustrating at 440 the chip won't come off how long do you heat it at 440

can you share sorroundings smd resistors around M92 on switch OLED? I lost two of them and I have no clue what to buy... :(

any way to test M92 before removing it?

I suspect my m92 chip is bad and thought I could do the repair myself with my new hot air setup....until I saw how small it actually is...now I'm thinking I'll pay a repair shop to do it. Honestly my biggest fear is that they'll make a mistake and then just tell me my board is bad

And one more question do I have to take the whole motherboard apart in order to replace this chip

do you only need flux paste for this job? I’ve seen other people do repairs and sometimes that is put solder before putting the chip on? any explanation
