No the only reason why Knuble stopped was because he ran into Tim Thomas. That is what stopped him. I know you love the Caps, and even though its right in your face that it was a illegal goal you will never admit that the Caps moved on because of a non call that is in the rule book. Face it the rules don't matter. Caps or Bruins this goal should have been disallowed as simple as that.

Take a good look at it again Knubles right skate is almost in the net and his right thigh is crushing Thomas's mask and Thomas can't even get his glove past Knubles leg. Then the pick goes into the net and both of Knubles skates are in the blue paint. Goaltender interference.

Like him or not, you have to respect Tim Thomas. He's probably pissed off and steaming, obviously because he's known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, but he showed a lot of respect and sportsmanship when all was said and done.

Boston fans are such crybabies. Your teams win all the time, and when they don't, you just whine and think everyone is out to get you. There was some contact on this goal sure, but they typically let them play in the playoffs unless its really blatent. You lost. We won. Deal with it.

I hated this series. The most boring. All Washington did was shot block and pack it in, every game was like 2-1. That sucked. I wish we got to play them when they were that fire wagon offense from like 2009, would have made for a much better series.

The Bruins were the 2 seed the Devils were the 6. The Rangers and Flyers also advanced. The NHL match ups are different than the NBA. The Highest seed gets the lowest and the 2 middle face off. The Rangers (1) would have faced the Devils (6) and the Bruins (2) would have faced the Flyers (5)
