The Ice Mage is a champion specialized in the Mage/Lane Control role.
It was revealed during the 2032 exclusive PeekStream Program di Riot Games, as a partnership with Supercell, and later released that same year, along 2 skins (Warped Core, Gilded)
His preferred build are MD/AS or full MD, as his passive makes auto-attacks a very prominent feature in his arsenal.
Many tho prefer to actively build AD, as to make full use of the passive ability, to increase push potential. This unusual build is referred as "True Ice Wiz".
He possesses the following skills:
PASSIVE (Mage Hands): Auto-Attacks deal MD instead of AD. 100% AD * 2 is turned into a shield that lasts for 20 seconds when getting to less than 25% life. Shield's health multiplier scales with level of the champion (+0.4 multiplier per level of the champion). This ability can be triggered once every 80 seconds.
Q (Icicle Bolt): Launches an icicle projectile forward that deals 30(Scales with level) + 33% MD to anything it hits (can hit more than one target, up to 3). If it hits a minion, it splits into 4 smaller icicles that deal 25% MD of the original icicle, targeting minions or champions, prioritizing champions. Anything that is hit by the main projectile or the split projectile is applied a Frozen effect for 5 seconds, that slows down enemy Speed and AS by 25% (Can stack with W's passive)
W (Frozen Mastery): (Passive: accumulates Frost Charges when hitting enemies with auto attacks. Max 5. One Frozen Charge expires after 30 seconds. When having 3 or more Frost Charges, Auto Attacks apply a Frozen debuff to enemy champions for 5 seconds that slows Speed and AS by the number of slow charges * 5%, and consumes 3 charges.) Consumes all Frozen Charges: Auto attacks get increased range and speed(scales with level and frozen charges consumed + 1) and have a small AoE effect for 5 seconds (the Frozen effect is applied by the AoE as well).
E (Sheer Cold): (Passive: 50% reduced slowdown effects and 25% decreased duration of slowdown effects) All enemies nearby get affected by "Sheer Cold" and slows enemies down by 10% for 10 seconds. When an enemy with "Sheer Cold" is hit, 33% of the damage BEFORE CALCULATING REDUCTION is turned into True Damage. RECAST (after 2 seconds): The AD and MD of all nearby champions affected with Sheer Cold is reduced by 100% for 7 seconds.
R (It's Snowdown!): Targets an area in an enormous range of distance, charges for 4 seconds telegraphing target area for the last 2 seconds of the charge, then summons a medium-big sized snowstorm at target area that lasts 6 seconds (Scales with level). The storm inflicts "Sheer Cold" and slows enemy champions down by 33%, scaling with the leftover duration of the storm.

Titan Cat is the 9th Normal Cat unlocked. It is available after clearing Italy in Empire of Cats Chapter 1 for 8,000 XP or via the Cat Capsule. True Form improves health and damage, as well as gaining a chance to knockback all non-Metal enemies, at the expense of an increased recharge time.
Strategy/Usage
Titan Cat has high health and attack power, as well as moderate attack speed. Use him to tank for long-ranged cats like Gross Cat, UFO Cat and Dragon Cat, or to break past groups of enemies. His area attacks and good stats allow him to be a formidable force against long ranged enemies and, in general, in stages that do not rely on high DPS on the frontline.
His range is quite short, so try clearing fodder enemies when summoning him to give him more time to hit the bosses without getting killed too early. Although the short range sometimes prevents him from staying on the battlefield, it allows this Cat to shine against enemies with Long Distance attacks, as he can enter blindspots easily and deal severe damage from a safe spot.
True Form
In True Form, Jamiera Cat's stats skyrocket, nearly doubling what it was originally. This increases Jamiera's use spectacularly across the board, at the cost of a slightly longer recharging time. Luckily, that does not matter, as explained below.
First off, in late Stories of Legend and even some of the easier Uncanny Legends stages, Jamiera Cat is most useful as a defense/meatshield type cat than for his power, as he has a lot of health, doesn't get knocked back until his death and can knock enemies back. Unfortunately, unlike early-game, his role as an attacker is done better by other non-uber and gacha units, such as Dragon Cat, Manic King Dragon, Paris Cat or Drama Cats; he also faces competition as a generalist tanker from Zamboney Cat and Roe Cat.
Despite this, Jamiera Cat's insanely high stats and Knockback ability make him crucial during earlier parts of the game, such as Flappy Cat, Mammals? and Crazy Cats. Furthermore, his high health and damage as well as only having one knockback mean that Jamiera is good against backliners like Master A., Camelle, Sunfish Jones or Dark Emperor Nyandam. However, his low speed is a problem against Professor A. or Henry, whose slow and freeze ability (respectively), will cripple him.
Appearance
Normal Form: Has the body of a tall, muscular human with a cat face.
Evolved Form: Has the body of a tall, muscular human with a dark, scary face. Its hands are bigger than the previous form and its body has developed a 6-pack.
True Form: Looks like the normal Titan Cat with Mythical Titan's arms. Wears an overstretched T-shirt, which says "I love Mackerel" in Japanese.
Trivia
Since he's included in Jibbly Studio, Mythical Titan Cat could be a reference to the newborn god warrior from the Studio Ghibli film Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind.
Mythical Titan Cat's Japanese name, Neko Darabotchi, is a reference to Daidarabotchi, one of the biggest creatures in yōkai folklore.
Jamiera Cat may be a reference to the Ultraman monster Jamila. This is further supported by the Japanese names of the two characters, where two syllables from the monster's name are swapped to form the Cat's name:
ジャミラ Jamira →　ネコジャラミ Neko Jarami.
Also, in Japanese popular culture, the monster is often represented by placing one's shirt over their head like Jamiera Cat does.
In The Battle Cats POP!, and in much older versions of The Battle Cats, Jamiera Cat faced left instead of right in his icon.
