2 years after release, my to-go shoe for intervals and 5/10k races! 🥳🎉
I did put a Mach 4 insole in the shoe as the stock insole was just too thin for me!
These people give such diplomatic reviews of each shoes ,.they will never speak entirely postive about any shoes no matter what
😡😡 Clearly all paid reviews
Best shoe even today for me. It's so basic compared to other brands and it has enough toe room to lift your toes into Dorsi flex, the other carbon plated shoes don't.
These LAST more miles are are far cheaper, yet you still get a nice ride in them. I ran in them fine from short runs all the way up to 30 miles. My only complaint is the quality of the inside sole being a bit flimsy. My heel has caused it fold on itself over time, but only in one shoe out of the 2 pairs I own
Why the bajancanadian outro 😂
ОтветитьDisney 5K kids race lol. "...so we're having a charity race for the kids in the local community..." **Laces up** 👟
ОтветитьI have flat feet and I run with the Nike fly react but my feet hurt after I run. Any shoe you recommend?
ОтветитьWhat shoe would u recommend for sprint training like 100, 200 meter sprints ?
ОтветитьI have the Clifton 6 and the Arahi 4, both size 9. Would you say the Rocket X would me also size 9?
ОтветитьIf you have to choose for a daily trainer ... RocketX or Rincon2?
ОтветитьFrom the way you describe the shoe I actually think it would be a better ultramarathon than marathon shoe. More dampening than springy (but still pretty cushioned) is what you want for those really long medium/fast runs.
ОтветитьYour bounding in those shoes. Your gait looks great in those
ОтветитьWhen you said it was a little narrow, that was a red flag for me. I have the Carbon X and that is a little narrow on my right foot which has a bunion on my big toe.
ОтветитьAny additional thoughts on the Rocket X? Would it make a good training shoe for a non racer inspiring to run 10 miles?
ОтветитьExcellent review, thank you - loving the Rocket X. Worth the wait. Look forward to getting your take on the Mach 4.
ОтветитьGreat in-depth analysis and comparison! This is one shoe I’ve been waiting for! I’m curious to see what you think of the Carbon X2
ОтветитьGreat review!! Subbed!
ОтветитьYou really are an inspiration!! You deserve all the following and the intense like button smashing!
ОтветитьI love the look of this shoe!
ОтветитьGreat review as always. Looking at your slow mo this shoe is is moving you to a toe strike. If you watch the pros they land on the flat as I think you should - far more stability and less injury prone. What do you think?
ОтветитьKofuzi in shoes other than black? This is sacrilege
ОтветитьHoka is the best brand for me this year : lightweight, bouncy and fit good. 👍The only problem is durability ... 🤧
Ответитьtake cameraman with you
ОтветитьThanks for the honest insight
ОтветитьNeed huge explosions in the background for this intro music!!
ОтветитьI liked your outro. Veterans Day.
ОтветитьThis is what we are waiting for..
ОтветитьWhat rain jacket were you wearing during this video?
ОтветитьGreat review as always
ОтветитьSomeone should hire you as a trailer making...the running segment was awesome!!
ОтветитьKofuzi rocket x
Kofuzi no limit
How and when did you start running Kofuzi?
ОтветитьDetailed, independent review. Professional!
ОтветитьEpic entrance
ОтветитьDid the wind make you miss the Windy City lakefront winds/runs?
ОтветитьSo thick the foam is....
ОтветитьI got so hyped up on the intro 🔥
ОтветитьThank you for the review. Smart rain jacket, do you have a link please ?
Ответитьim seeing the Adizero Pro for $103 on RW and the go Meb Hyper (also plated) for $59!!
ОтветитьI really enjoy your videos and your shoe reviews. Can you suggest a really good training shoe with lots of underfoot cushioning. I have been using the Adidas Ultra Boost which are OK underfoot cushioning wise, but more recently I have been using the Brooks Ghost 12, but these are firmer underfoot and I have started suffering from Achilles tendonitis. I am sure it is because the Brooks are too firm for the amount of training I am doing. BTW I am 63, but can do 10K in 47 minutes on a good day.
ОтветитьWhat's your top 3 Marathon training shoes, that you'd recommend? Thanks
ОтветитьI think Jan Frodeno will use this shoe next season
ОтветитьI ran in 10k time trial in Carbon Rocket 2 weekends ago (first time using it in 2020,) and the feeling you described was palpable. I wonder if the feeling of propulsion from tge carbon fiber (as opposed to Carbon X) might be due to its 1mm drop. I get sort of the same feeling when I raced in Altra.
ОтветитьHere’s comes the pain. Sick intro bro.. Break it down bro. Djent style.. lol
ОтветитьHey kofuzi just wandering if you’re gonna do a gear video since it’s that time of the year again...cold 🥶 wet rainy 🌧 for some frost or snow ⛄️ I was intrigued by that jacket you wore in the scene where it was raining.....need something light like that.
Anyway I was also intrigued by these shoes 👟! I’m undecided between these the carbon rocket or the carbon x ......ive only had Nike shoes as far as having a carbon plate in them. Currently running in Nike zoom fly 3. I’ll admit it’s a shoe you need to learn how to use kinda clunky, not sure how to explain it, but once i got used to it great fantastic shoe!
They made good adjustments it seems thx for the video!
ОтветитьTo make it modern, just throw in an X. Great video kofuzi.
Ответитьwhy does your right foot pointed outwards when running?
ОтветитьA more powerful carbon finer plate and softer, more cushion underfoot... hmm, I think you are basically describing the Vaporfly Next%
ОтветитьThe truth is out there! Kofuzi and @samuraiguitarist are the same guy.
ОтветитьI always look forward to what you choose for the outro, and as a Navy vet, I GREATLY appreciated this one.
