ОтветитьThank you very much. 57 y/o and always bought precut. Freshly cut is so much better and your method (and pointers) make it the best example I have seen to date. Ciao.

ОтветитьI just carved up poultry!!! I’ll admit that my older siblings tried to teach me as a kid but I would never listened. Also, I’ve respectfully dissected numerous cadavers and other mammals so I should know my insertions. But this vid gave me confidence that I can carve any bird. Thanks!!!
ОтветитьThe aging bachelor thanks you! It is clear, concise, and processional.
ОтветитьThis was very helpful. The biggest issue that I had was that she went through each part a little too fast. I had to keep pausing a rewinding to complete mine. I still appreciate you for the help. 😊
ОтветитьWhat kids should be learning at school 😍
ОтветитьHow is this important???
ОтветитьShe should have removed her rings 🤢
ОтветитьThank you! Super helpful video. I got my wife to buy us a whole free range Chicken from the community farmers market and I remember my mom showing me how to cut a whole chicken years ago. So I followed along and did pretty well. :)
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful 🎉

ОтветитьWhere is the wishbone? My daughter asked me earlier if getting dinner from El Pollo Loco or Kentucky fried chicken where the wishbone goes. I know where to find it on a turkey and I’m pretty sure it’s the same on a chicken, I just don’t readily spotted in this video.
ОтветитьFantastic, thank you, so easy
ОтветитьNot an expert after all there are edits in this video
ОтветитьThanks for the great tip on cutting up chicken. Saves me money buying them at Costco for about $15 for two whole chickens.

ОтветитьOne other reason to cut up your own chicken is that you don't wind up with bone shards or grit - it's a cleaner product. Really well presented - good job!
ОтветитьI watched 2 other videos from "professional" chefs and they had poor camera angles and a lot of talk and no action. Your video was much clearer, concise and easier to follow and to the point. First time I've cut a chicken up and it went perfectly THANKS!!
Ответитьthank you! the instructions were spot on!
