Pretty Links Tutorial (Free) Best WordPress Link Shortener

If you use a Permanent setting for the link can you EVER change it? I had it permanently redirecting to a page for a few years, but I now need to change the target link and want to keep the slug I originally created. Any solution here?

can I have a question?
let's say I use the pretty link pro version with keywords.
and then I also use internal link plugin with keywords.
If sometime I use the same keyword for pretty link and internal link what could happen?
could there any conflict happen between this two plugins?

I'm seeing that to use Pretty Links through Wordpress that it requires a "Business plan to install plugins". That Business plan is $300 per year. I wouldn't consider this to be "FREE".
Am I missing something here?
