Write all 24 words on separate bits of paper then hide them in different places, then when you need to access them gather those bits off paper and your good to go. By then you will be trying to piece them in the correct order this is like playing the lottery.

What if I only use my phone (android)? To update it wants me to connect via the usb cable - which I obviously cannot connect with my phone.. do I need to buy a different cable that will allow me to connect the phone with my nano..? What am I missing 😅? Thanks

Ledger Nano X is a junk! Do not buy it!

Currently tons of people who are everyday reporting issues with their brand new purchased Ledger Nano X devices, so I will advice everyone not to waste money purchasing this junk device.
You can do twitter and Reddit search for words ''ledger nano x battery'' and you will see many customers complaining.. My Nano X doesn’t even charge or start now!! I literally had to put brand new Ledger Nano X into my fridge wrapped up in a plastic bag to cool the battery down! Only this way i could get my crypto out of it, it worked 10min like that but battery sign wasn’t even on there! A miracle i guess! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! THIS IS A SHAME OF A DESIGN, DOESNT MATTER OF THE SIZE OR PRICE; FIRST RULE IS IN ALL THE ELECTRONIC DEVICES THAT POWER SUPPLY CANNOT FAIL!! As simple as that! THIS IS A ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL STUPIDITY!!

I got my Nano X a few days ago !! After opening and using it few hours with the pre loaded battery power, I tried to charge it with its original usb cable and device won’t charge at all. This really makes me think about this company if they already know about the problem and still send out crippled devices to their customers and keep selling them like that! This is a big trust issue for me!
I sent emails the customer support service but nobody responded yet! After 5 days!
I don’t know about the firmware but i definitely know that there’s a hardware problem with the device! With this price tag ! You expect a quality product, it looks like an avarage memory stick! Material is really crap! Screen, body and overall feel of the Nano X not premium material! Very big disappointment! I will file official complaint against the company! To Euroconsumers organization and BEUC!!

Why do I get the feeling that the "Genuine check" is the point where your Nano sends the recovery phrase to Ledger?

Why is it so much of a hassle when I can just use the digital wallet...What's so special about keeping your crypto on a physical device and is it actually worth going through that entire process of setting it up and writing down all these words and pins....?

I'm starting to get frustrated. I went to ledger live and downloaded the app. The app doesn't go to ledger set up like it does on my phone.

HELP! I'm at the point on my nano x where the screen displays Close, Battery and Power Off. I can't get out of this even by pressing both buttons at the same time. I some how missed setting up my PIN. I'm stuck. Any help? Quickly?

You should add that when transferring, you should always attempt transferring a small amount you are willing to lose as a test to ensure everything is kosher. If successful and you see the tokens transferred successfully, go ahead and transfer the mother-load..

Man, this is crazy, I moved 10,000 xrp from Uphold to my ledger on June 23rd and was ready to move more assets from Coinbase. I went on July 12 and saw my balance was $3 bucks seeing that my xrp was transferred on the 10th. I panicked and emailed Ledger and 4 days later was told the ONLY way this could happen was someone had my seed phrase. I'm like this has never happened to anyone else?!

Risky to use Ledger Nano X , not efficient and power shuts off , and you cannot check your seed words before storing the coins and poor customer support . DONT RISK YOUR ASSET

I just bought a nano s plus. I know I can add as much crypto as I want
to this and daily if I wanted to but I was told I should only withdrawal
one time from a cold wallet back onto an exchange to sell the crypto and then the

So I have a question: if a Ledge Nano X has three different accts for btc, eth & sol... Is it still one 24 word seed phrase?

So if you were to do a seed phrase recovery one day into a diff type of device, say a trezor wallet... Will the same seed phrase once again give access to all three different cryptos/accts the ledger had?

I see the signs in the Ledger are already in a space to only light when plugged in. Is there a ledger with a blank screen that allows for all coins purchased? Also, can the ledger be used to trade with- without exporting information or is it only used to maintain your profits after withdrawal?

Where do I find the private keys on ledger?
