Instructions are too fast and incomplete. You say, "open Colorfinale", but I can't even see or find Colorfinale.Shouldn't that come first?

I could really use someones help I just started using color finale and it was working then until it wasn't when transferring my Blackmagic raw videos. I keep getting this message popping up that reads "the network connection was lost" along side a Redbox where the video should be saying "missing remote media" I truly would appreciate the help figuring this out I don't know what else to try to fix the problem

Is it worth it if you don’t shoot in log? I use a C100 Mk 2 mostly with the wide DR picture profile.
