Hi Liam, There are about five top POD "gurus" on YT and you are one of them,so I am following this TikTok plan in my specific niche. Coming from a subscription magazine publishing background I'm taking it methodically...however one thing that none of the "gurus" discuss is the MONEY. E.G which is the best credit card to use for purchases ( such as the Printful charges) to gain airmiles?. Sarah ( Wholesale Ted) does mention it briefly in passing by mentioning she travels around the world using the points, but that's about it. If YOU did a video on just that aspect, without compromising yourself I'm sure it would be helpful and if you were a CC affiliate then all the better. ( and if you offered a list then you would not be " advising") Too much of a risk? Maybe when I'm on your course it is covered?

tiktok shop has a no questions asked return policy. Customers can return their product within 30 days and you will be liable to do the refund. You are not able to change this policy yourself. Not sure if this is worth it.

I've been trying to complete this setup for several days now, without any luck. It seems that both TikTok and Printful's websites have changed and no longer have some of the settings you show, or it's just different in the US. The warehouse settings are super confusing... I'm a complete noob - I'm a freelance graphic designer and SAHM trying to set up a side hustle for a few extra dollars. But I've only ever shipped things through Etsy and Ebay, never used 3PL or POD company.

You'll need some money up front to start this.. Tiktok shop takes a while to pay you.

How does it work in terms of paying Printful though? When an order is placed does Printful take the amount for production from your bank account and you take the amount back + profit from Tiktok? Or is there an automation where the client pays on tiktok, printful takes it’s cut and you are left with the profit?

Tiktok can not figure out how to connect the account to the seller, and it forgets the passwords and will not resend a verification code. and no it not me that forgot the code, always writing it down when i create it, exactly for this reason....

hey guys, unable to upload shoppable links on desktop? Even when editing videos etc on the computer, I'm supposed to send them to my phone to upload to TikTok with shoppable ad links? Anyone worked around this?

Liam, I have a question please. I’ve been trying to contact TikTok all morning with no success. I was signing up to sell on TikTok but I guess they could not read my Drivers License very well so they rejected my application and I’m not sure where to go from here. For some reason, i can only see my shop items on my TikTok Seller page and not my TikTok main account page. I can only see the picture of my items that i physically uploaded. However, when i click on add to shop in Printful, it says “Added”. Again, they show on my seller page but not my main account page. How do i connect it so buyers can buy?

Does printful take the cost to make the product straight from the customer or do I as the seller have to have money set aside for the inventory when someone buys something?

I would not do it because if you miss 7 days without a scan they will automatically return the money. Leaving it to a third party nope do it yourself.
