ОтветитьAgar builder , apartment ko uss apartment k housing society ko apartment handover nahi karta hai toh common areas ke lift guards generators electricity etc ka maintenance ke liye builder hi responsible hoga? Ya Society? Aur before handover kya housing society maintenance lene ka adikaar rakhti hai? Ya Society ko maintenance lene ka koi adhikar nahi hai jab tak proper handover nahi kar deta builder. Please reply.

मेरा किरायेदार सात साल से मेंटिनेंस पे कर रहा था व रसीद प्राप्त कर रहा था। सोसायटी से विवाद होने पर उसे ही नोटिस दिया गया, किरायेदार फ्लैट खाली करके चला गया अब विवादित रक़म मुझसे वसूलने की बात हो रही है। मेंटिनेंस का नया चार्ज renter वाले मकान से 30% ज्यादा लिया जा रहा है। मैं अब क्या कर सकता हूँ ।

ОтветитьSir plz share ur no. I wud like to connect u . In my society there is no work done genuinely all partiality n game played. Premises responsibility n secure is of security or whose is it ? Our security doesn't function properly n v have objected . So some r trying to threaten n they r playing trick. In my society one fellow lives , he doesn't own any flat . He lives down on back corner . In our society the outside vehicle r parked bcoz of him . Evn v hv 3 society but first bldg was before given on rent n it was under builder now he has sold n that society has not come under us yet n our security of 2 bldg working for 3rd bldg without knowing to us hidingly. We were removing them . During day v need 2 security n at night 1 near gate was my point . Then too the night security sleeps . Closing gate

ОтветитьIn my apartment delivery boys without uniform they didn't allow inside,when I ask maintenance team they told me that to collect from apartment entrance or otherwise vacate the apartment, what I do?
I am paying monthly maintenance fees correctly.
If society fails to attend common amenities expenses like providing security gates, desilting of common sewage tank and restoration of boundary wall which collapsed due to torrential rains and member attends the same after notifying the society whether society is liable to refund the said common amenities or alternatively adjust the same against maintenance dues due from the member.

Dear Sir, in our society in Maharashtra consist of Row houses, shops on ground floor and flates in building with lifts.
Now question is Lift operation charges (electricity+amc+othere repair charges) to be shared equily with only members of Building flats or equal with Row house owners & shop owners.
