How do you boost the volume

One site i been trying to go to it wont let me and still wont?

I am attempting to delete a favorite(s). When clicking on the un favor it shows it's been removed but its not. Once you leave that page it is still in your favorites. Then go back and its still highlighted after you un favored and was blank. Though you can click un favor then click favor again and it will post it to the top of your listings (that is okay) I just want to delete items in my favorites. there is no delete icon above when you click my favorites. I just use the un favor which I thought had worked for years until just the last few weeks. I want it off my listings. Hope you can help.

Can you have subgroups in your collection? Do you have to download the sites to have a collection, or could you just take the "my web archive" and put it in a collection?
