To improve your answer, two things to modify:
- allow user to change icon size through Elementor's Style tab,
- avoid url issues during site migration if working on a development environment,

The code should be:

selector .eicon-bag-medium {
content: url('/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/your-icon.svg'); /* don't need to add the base url */
width: var(--toggle-icon-size,inherit); /* This will take the size set on Elementor's Icon Style tab */
}

You can use the Font Awesome Unicode icon in the content and don't forget to set font-weight to 900 and font-family to Font Awesome.
