This drill has been one of my fav with my Under 16 girls! It gives them so many options and gives them all chances to drive. Awesome drill!

I don’t understand.
My team tried this at our practice today. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, Could get it right. Everyone kept going to the wrong spot, mainly because we did a 5 person drill. But our team is so bad 😂

I like this drill. Teaches basics of motion offense. However, I'm trying to press to my players that they need to cut every time they make a pass. I don't like how the wings don't cut on this specific version of the drill.
