Install Observium on Debian/Ubuntu

Hey Brother, I have a problem installing it.

When typing command (sudo apt install libapache2-mod-php7.3 php7.3-cli php7.3-mysql php7.3-gd php7.3-json php-pear snmp fping mariadb-server mariadb-client python-mysqldb rrdtool subversion whois mtr-tiny ipmitool graphviz imagemagick apache2 -y)
