I feel like azhara crater would work so well in season of discovery... would be such a fun way to add new pvp content that is still in the spirit of vanilla!
ОтветитьTirisfal Glades is a lot like Elwynn Forest if you think about it. It makes sense to have Tirisfal Glades and Silverpine Forest be made last, as by the time they have made the rest of the Human zones, they are really good at making those zones and using the world building tools. Now they just need to do the same but put a dark spin on it with effects, filters and lighting combined with the music and ambience.
ОтветитьRIP Hayven Games.
ОтветитьHow this has aged huh?
ОтветитьAnd now in 2023, we finaly have fhe Dragon Isles. Who would think of it ?!
ОтветитьWho else watched this during dragon isles
ОтветитьAnd here i am now with the Dragon Isles in the game.
ОтветитьFunny how this was released before the announcement of Dragonflight lol
ОтветитьWatching your Videos is like being back in 04/05, digesting everything WoW related we could find in gaming magazines. Even, or especially because i stopped playing WoW long time ago, its like coming home again, reliving those days. Thanks for that !
ОтветитьHearing about Dragon Isles in this vid knowing what we know now.
ОтветитьOmfg, I've been to that Azshara crater map. There used to be a private server called Mond-WoW, it was a totally custom server. They made a bunch of their own "dungeon maps" by using the ingame map files that had never been completed/used, and the Azshara crater map was one of the ones they populated with mobs and objectives to turn into a dungeon. Amazing to see it again after so many years! I had actually forgotten about it. Oh, the nostalgia :D
ОтветитьThe undead thing could be an amazing new starting zone if Blizzard does decide to do another revamp, even if revamps were done in smaller patches
ОтветитьYou missed that Doctor "Vomisa" Ph.T is Asimov backwards the famous scifi author who coined the 3 laws of Robotics.
ОтветитьThe Dragon Isles part of the video did not age well 😂
Ответитьand now, 18 years later. the dragons isles have returned
ОтветитьTalent trees were scraped and reworked in Cataclysm, not Mists of Pandaria
ОтветитьTalent trees were dropped in Cataclysm, not pandaria.
ОтветитьThis aged... well
ОтветитьIt’d be sick if we had that first feature
ОтветитьLittle they he knew… a whole expansion about dragons lol
ОтветитьWell this aged like a fine wine.
ОтветитьNever knew you could escape the Worgen Curse, the DK starting area locks you in until you finish it (I think) so I never even bothered to attempt that.
ОтветитьHere comes Dragon Isles babY!
ОтветитьRIP Hayven, miss your content buddy :(
ОтветитьI.. I want to go back../:
Ответитьthe Dragon Isles not being in the game didn't age very well lol
ОтветитьOne of the pictures you showed made me think of all of the bad guys in wow fighting each other and I really want to know who would win.
ОтветитьWatching this after the Dragon Isle xpac announcement makes this video even more interesting.
ОтветитьI smile whenever Hayven's videos are mentioned. The guy did so many awesome "behind the code" videos. He is extremely missed.
ОтветитьThe Dragon Isles is finally gonna be in the game!
ОтветитьHehe dragons
ОтветитьNice fucking choice
ОтветитьWe found the gem for solo experience..... Naaa let fuck it. And also fuck multi-player
ОтветитьWell we're getting the Isles now...
Ответитьwelp. dragon isles are officially a thing now.
ОтветитьHaven’t seriously played since WotLK, but I remember spending an hour around the coast of one of continents and found an old area with a lighthouse that wasn’t used anymore. Thought it was the coolest thing back then
Ответитьcut because they decided to use them for 11.0 way back when
Ответить"A single zone in WoW has more quests than the entire game of everquest"
Man that's not even close to true. Even if you hobble EverQuest by restricting it to the 1999 release content, it absolutely had more quest content than one WoW zone. It's AT LEASRT six zone's worth (which I'll admit is not impressive...) if we're going by 2005 content, then EverQuest rockets way, way ahead just by virtue of several expansions' worth of content and the mission system. And given that WoW's early quest systems were not any more engaging than Everquest's ("bring me ten goretusk livers! Collect all 2,980,371 pages of Hemet Nesingwary's diary!") it's not really a great contest.
that quote sounds nothing like megatron for the recorrd... he's trying to save cybertron not destroy earth which is obvious in the cartoon.
Ответитьpossibly the next xpac is this area
ОтветитьSoo, these dragon isles eh?
ОтветитьYou could say that Classic zones weren't cut but rather put in a freezer, which makes the Dragon isles very interesting since it is likely to be the main continent of 10.0 (Empire of Dragon or something), making it the zone that was in the freezer for almost 2 decades.
Now I just hope that EOD will have at least an enjoyable Main baddy who is a better character than sir Nipples (but then again that bar is extremely low).
Rest in Peace Hayven
Hiru you could have at least linked to his channel.
I love how the video has like 3% to do with the title.
Ответить"So few variations of Bad Dragons" - i mean, have you SEEN their catalogue?
ОтветитьLove videos like this
Ответить"A single zone in WoW has more quests than the entire game of EverQuest". I guess they shoulda called it NeverQuest.
ОтветитьChris Metzen is stupid ig. his lore does work that way. There can be dragons that look different in other ISLANDS / CONTINENTS. We saw it in Legion already.
