Fix install error 0x800f081f Windows 11

For those not working :
I was on insider channel release preview, I tried all the steps, none of them worked for me. Then I switched to Beta channel of insider and I got some other update. Then I installed it and it worked!

Out of curiosity, I noticed that the RestoreHealth command always seems to have a lengthy delay exactly at 62.3%. What's going on at that exact percentage every time this runs? Also when it’s done I got “Source cannot be found” so I have more work ahead.
