Mini screw insertion , screwing in orthodontic mini implant Temporary Anchorage Device (TAD)

We use the mini screw or TADS (temporary anchorage device) as an anchorage to move one or group of teeth without using other teeth to pull them

Very little of anesthesia to make the insertion of the mini implant painless to the gum, the bone itself is insensitive because it doesn't contain nerve ending

Usually the insertion takes less than 1 minute, it is painless during or after the insertion ..even no blood

Some patients could feel some light pressure for couple of days
