I'm sit quietly most and crocheting and I'm constantly asking my guides for help, especially with the terrible situation I'm in and I never hear them I'm being to feel that there don't exist.

I haven’t been able to connect with my guides but I’ve seen an orb move through my frontroom I’ve had precognition seeing into the future for a minute or so to wake up and have it play out exactly as I visioned it in vivid detail so felt like I lived the moment twice as it happened as I nodded off but yeah I’ve not been able to connect with my guides only had the odd visions but I can’t controll it

I will try these suggestions as I’ve long struggled with this, but I don’t understand why it would be so difficult if our guides and angels are waiting around to help us, when they can see some of us spending 30/40 years seeking their help, to no avail.

The reason you all have trouble connecting with these so called spirit guides is because you are good people, with a conscience. Why would you try to channel a disembodied spirit? The reason Jesus is the only good spirit is because he died in the flesh, making the human divine. So through the testimony of our body, we acknowledge we are not God. In this action, we call the only true spirit: the Holy Spirit.

Sonia, what’s your view on some people say that spirit guides are in fact negative entities or AI masquerading as light beings?

Do I need use my voice to call out my angel guide or can I think it out loud in my mind .? Cause I’m deaf and I have a deaf accent or gibberish the words don’t make sense

Thank you Sonia for your spiritual wisdom, I feel inspired to reach out to you and any person that is awakened and enlightened that has the desire to channel with angels. I have for years now been blessed and gifted to be able to experience a high level of vibrational consciousness and to make contact and be guided by angelic beings. Different people have various techniques to achieve this task so I only speak for what works for me. I need to get to a high vibration of pure spiritual energy, this can only manifest if I am WORTHY of divine intervention, which means I need to earn the interaction through meditation, prayer and to repent for any sin or shortcomings basically cleaning and cleansing of my soul, to release any negative energy that has accumulated or is attached to me. I need to purify myself, remember angelic angels work for God this is not entertainment and to be on this spiritual level you need to embrace God with your whole heart and soul to interact with spiritual hierarchy. To give you an example of an interaction for me picture this I lay on my bed and start praying in a good spiritual comfort zone, fall asleep and when I wake up on my tv screen it reads " In The AfterMATH angels never sleep" I pull the electrical plug but it does not go away until my wife comes home and she pulls the plug and its gone. I have a photo of this on my phone remember my tv is off but this is manifests by itself. How do you explain this?
