ОтветитьDoing this for a full week morning and night as a 16 year old female! Also I don’t have a lot of stomach fat but I am chubby so everyone’s progress will be different!
Sunday: ✅ Whatever I couldn’t do I a replace it with crunches. Saw a lil results the next morning
Monday: ✅ RESULTS ARE RESULTINGGG THE NEXT MORNING
Tuesday: ✅I could only do it in the morning cuz I have closing shift and I will be tired when I come home at like 11pm 😭
Update: I ended up doing it at night anyways
Wednesday: ✅ Loved what I was seeing the next morning but tell me why when I decided to do a morning workout I gained weight 💀 and like I didn’t drink nothing or ate anything yet cuz I don’t usually eat in the mornings 😭 I did not like that one bitttt
Thursday: ✅ did my morning workout just now with also a daisy keech hourglass abs workout now we wait till my night workout and see the results tmrw morning!!
Oh! I also realized I can really feel my ribs now like u know how u can still feel some fat when tryna touch ur ribs? Well I can still feel fat and stuff but I could also really feel the ribs without trying to dig deep to feel it!! I’m so happy
Friday: Did the workout only at night and here are some things I’ve noticed!
I don’t eat a lot anymore!! Like it’s not as if I’m forcing myself not to eat I genuinely just can’t like after a few bites I’m just so full!! Anything is I haven’t lost a lot of stomach fat as I expected so I might do this for maybe 14 days instead of 7 but like I’m starting to see more of an hourglass form! I still wanna eat cuz I’ve only ate once a day but I’m not starving so im gonna try drinking some lemon water to suppress the urge!

heyyy im going to be doing this everyday (or at least try to) as a 15 year old female, i have a strong core but not a flat stomach so my abs only show on good days 🥲 im doing this workout in hopes of bringing them out more. ask any questions ill try to answer!! and pls remind me to update 💗
day one ✅: this burnt and activated my abs! hurt so good.its a good sign so excited to see results!! i’m also gonna do a one minute plank before i go to sleep, for more results.
day two ❌: abs hurt so bad lol but i can already see results, they’re small but i can already see them getting. jogger as time passes. i did a few crunches and a one minute plank before i went to bed to kinda make up for it ig? but i’ll do one tomorrow for sure.
day three ✅: this actually felt a lot easier, and hurt almost just as much lol but i’ll be fine. so worth it!!

Monday D1 - hurts but I'm hanging in there
Hey I’m doing this for two weeks!
(I also eat junk food once in a while so that might affect results!)
Day one- ouchhhhh but i think i can do it!
Day two!- it’s getting easier and im seeing little progress!
Day three! - first excersises are getting easier but my stomach still hurts
_ so it’s been about two weeks since I started, I haven’t been uptade g because I was just doing the workouts from memory, but i am definitely seeing a heap of progress and my stomach muscles are so much stronger. I’ll try to update everyday!
Day 14: dose t hurt as much but I feel my stomach tighten, seeing progress!
Heyy so from now on illl only uptade every couple days so here’s todays update!
Day ?- definitely seeing some progress and also feeling it to! Can run better and now I’m feeling less sore when I do sport!

Hey! I’m going to be doing this workout until December! This summer I wanted a glow up, but I’m lazy, but this time I’m more motivated. I’m also going to run 2km everyday and doing 100 crunches on top of this and I unfortunately can’t update daily but at the end of this I will update.
Stats:
Height: 4’9😭
Weight: about 108 lbs
Goal: 95 lbs
Waist: about 29 inches😭
I’m not busy today so update 1! I’ve been doing this for two days now and I am not seeing major results but I have eaten some unhealthy food so that’s not really shocking. I have added another workout on top of this as well. For the remainder of this workout I’m going to start fasting for 1-2 days a week! I also have cheerleading so that helps with moving around. I’ve been eating 1 to 3 meals a day these past 2 days which is actually pretty good. I did over 200 crunches during this time period. I got new clothes that I’m going to really fit into after some time!
How long does it take to see results?

Day 1: ✔️ It wasn’t that difficult but the planks were the hardest for me
Day 2: ✔️ Honestly pretty easy athough the planks were pretty hard
Day 3: ✔️ I did the le serrafim workout before this and I was sweating🫠. I also used 2 bottles of water for some of the exercises :)
Day 4: ✔️ My abs are really sore and they hurt. But I like the pain ;)
Day 5: ✔️ Done
Girls you need to do this workout for al least 4-5 weeks if you want to see the results (any workout really). I've read some comments where girls quit because in 2 weeks they didn't see any results... JUST KEEP WORKING OUT AND DON'T QUIT!!

יום 1 :כל כך שרף היו כמה תרגילים שהפסקתי באמצע מרוב כאבים
יום 2: עדין שרף אבל הצלחתי לעשות יותר תרגילים מאתמול
יום 3:פחות שרף אבל עדין היה קשה אני מרגישה קלילה יותר
יום 4 מרגישה טוב עם עצמי אבל לא רואה שינוי בבטן
יום 5:עשיתי את זה בשעה 11 בלילה והייתי ממש ממש עיפה אז עוד שניה נירדמתי באימון אבל אני חושבת שהיה לי יותר קל מאימון קודם ואני חושבת שאני מתחילה ליראות שהבטן יורדת לי ! יש לי עוד תשע יום אני ממש מחכה ליראות את התוצאה הסופיתתת

יום 7:גמרתי שבוע שלם של פילאטיססססס יש אני כן רואה טיפת הבלד משבוע קודם אבל עדין לא גמרתי עוד שבע יום בכל הכוחחח ניתראה מחר גאיז
