I've seen videos showing how to basically make 3d models move for you based on video. This means we could easily load in a 3d model and use a character lora and make our fave characters do anything we like.

I'm struggling to find a suitable denoising strength that keeps mouth movements roughly intact without it looking too much like the source gif. Any recommendations? I'm intending to redraw basically the entire image, replacing the original person with an AI-drawn one, but to keep the face/mouth movements as a guide. Maybe that's just not possible. :)

anytime I use it, the AI generated work is absolutely garbage lol. like a 3 year old drawing bad. You have any recommendations for just grabbing the poses from a gif and generating a gif of those? I took a dance gif and used the control net open pose but the images it generates are bad... Even with a denoising strength of 1, which should make it generate a completely new image.

Been watching your stuff for a while and decided to try it out as I just got my new shiny A770 gpu upgrade. with 16 GB of vram it's got to be good at this stuff I thought. Turns out I either have to figure out how to use linux or forget about it. Seems there is no way to get it to run stable diffusion on windows (I think it's because stable diffusion runs in python). Oh well. Thanks for the videos, fun to watch even if I don't get to try it.

if you want a more consistent but strong result, you could use a very low denoising strength but repeat the generate process for multiple times.

And what if we do a 10% denoising Gif2Gif of a 10% denoised Gif2Gif of a 10% denoised Gif2Gif of a 10% denoised Gif2Gif (...)? would it be more accurate? xD

Can you use inpainting in a normal batch conversion (not gif2gif)?

Yeah this is just a hack , not too much new here and lots of manual work . Gen-1 seems to be the only one that will be able to do this with prompts
