I have found & Confirmed on various Knowledge Platform about Upgrade / Downgrade of Laravel that it is - Necessary to  delete your  'vendor' folder and  composer.lock file inside your project folder. But In your Video you missed this step, please let us know why ?

Already few packages which were running on laravel 7 are giving errors on composer update. How to handle that

sir suppose I have old laravel 7 project with add blog post and other stuff..but while upgrading I want some feature of jetstream then how can I implement this?
is there any chances of collision between old scaffold and jetstream scaffolding?
