but will this increase muscle mass and lower body fat (decreasing my body fat percentage is my goal) but also not getting bulky and looking "ripped"

Ответить@WorkoutWithRoxanne thank you for uploading this beginner video. I am recovering from open heart surgery (2022) and have been cleared for exercise by my medical team. As my chest muscles are still weak, this video was awesome in getting me back to starting weight lifting and being physical again. I used a 5 lb weight for this workout so as not to overdo it the first time yet I still feel the burn in my arms. I loved the length of the video as well - perfect for beginners - and without a huge time commitment to start, so easy to fit in between daily living tasks. I can't wait to try your other videos to round out my "back to fit" status! Gratefully yours.
