Ed Mylett! You have an amazing podcast and outlook on life. Def bought your book. Just gotta say though-wish you had changed your wording on operating at 100 degree thermostat vs 75...

I'm fr intense heat in southern AZ and have also experienced heat stroke a few times growing up playing sports outside in such heat...100 degrees my body shuts down. I can't think, I am irritable..dizzy...75 degrees is something that isn't easy to achieve.
That's comfort, that's peace. And not many places exude that temperature. 100 degrees is most places in the US. 75 degrees is the planning and doing to create and maintain.

Saw this guy tonight...moved beyond tears. Thank you for sharing your story of your dad. So much of it rang out in my dad's story. I lost him to covid in Nov of 2020. Then lost my son April 2021. Then my best friend last week who lost her son this past March. I was stuck in grief but I have a resolve to go on for them and me💓🌹💓

My man! I’m a huge fan of you! I have a question that might be simple and I’m not seeing it. How can I work my sharpness or workout my brain, thoughts to stay positive? I’m very driven but hold myself back because I feel I’m not as quick witted as I once was.

Wow, I chose this video to kick my butt in gear, but got another message. My Dad also an imperfect and strong man, went through 11 years battling cancer with surgeries and chemo and complications, never complained, I was there the last 6 weeks of his life. My Mom just died and I was there for the last few weeks until the end. I have been struggling with stopping drinking, . You hit home in so many ways, it's unbelievable that this was the unexpected message from this video. 😥. Thank you for this deep and meaningful message..

Such powerful words. The Power of one more!, Get the book everyone! I am currently reading it and man its Fire!! So much goodness for the soul. We continue to do the press forward. As long as we hold on to our faith, we can press, push ourselves to do one more ( call, contact, push up, praise, task,etc) Love how Ed Mylett always brings so much value to different communities, everything applies to anything in life. Still one of my favorite quotes from him is: " Things happen for us not to us".
