Appreciate the video, feels like I’ve been doing this for a long time with no actual clients but I just checked and I did my first open house 21/2 months ago and have been doing 2-4 open houses a week since and still have no clients just leads but I just finished my crms started following up with people today. Great video, I'm in my first month of business and I'm doing a lot of the same things you did in month one, but I am doing a dual career and my cold calling ends up being pushed to later in the day.

I am currently in the same boat as you were. I've been a Realtor for two months now, and I am driving for Lyft / Uber as my main source of income. While my broker does have good training, I still have really no idea what I need to be doing. I have my business cards in the form of refrigerator magnets and give them to as many riders as I can while doing rideshare, and had two friends of mine both be unable to be pre-qualified. Do you have a video on where to get the FSBO amd Expired list of potential clients so that I can start cold calling also?

I'm on day 50 of my RE journey. You're right though. Consistency is key and doing your best not to shell out so much money is another thing I gotta do. All I have is sweat equity tbh

Whether its self help, informative, etc. Reading keeps the brain juices flowing and keeps us sharp while learning new things. They say it takes a village to raise a child and the same can be said for getting a new realtor up and running. I am so glad to come across your amazing content. I watched your brainstorming video and followed up with this one while I was at it. Any time I get a gift card for a book store or somewhere I can read something, I try to buy a business idol's book or real estate related literature of some sort to learn more about various walks of life and parts of this multifaceted industry. Currently reading Bigger Pockets book on real estate investing to manifest my long term goals. High five Aram on another informative and entertaining video. 🎉

I can relate to this at another level, I’m 18 and just got into my 3rd month as an agent, I’ve had 3 rental clients that unfortunately have not lead to my first transaction, most of the time I stress myself out trying to figure out effective ways to create lead generation with such limited money that I have saved up and just thinking how much longer will it take before I get my first transaction but i know that if I stay consistent and stay focused I will succeed and I will achieve my goals no matter if it’s I n 3 months or 12 months, Aram I appreciate all the super straight forward videos and thank you for always keeping it real and not sugar coating anything !
