I've noticed a lot of background noise; children, bumping, scraping, traffic. You may want to invest in some rudimentary soundproofing

While listening to this ASMR 5 viruses appeared in my computer when I awoke. I listen to ASMR every night due to my high-stress life at school. Research says that a thief cannot be investigated unless funds are stolen. Computers can be tracked from purchase date to credit card to address.

I absolutely love the "relax" trigger where you repeatedly say "relax" in a calm manner, but rather quickly, and then elongate the "a" in a whispery sound. I first heard it from Tena ASMR, who I believe invented this trigger. It was her signature intro, and I adored it. However, I must say, you do it even better. For me, it's an even more effective trigger when you do it.

"And I want you to know that this is... SPARTA!" 🙃
