Honestly, it's just maddening trying to install this as a noob.
Thanks for the guide, I couldn't install 3.6.8 because it would not allow me to tick the "install launcher for all users" box. I installed 3.8.3rc1 instead. Hopefully there isn't a very good reason you didn't do this. Would have liked an explanation? Everything appeared to work OK though.

This was the worst presentation to install tensorflow. You are talking a mile a minute and the screen is not clear
