Car ended up getting a new transmission. Guessing it had something to do with getting locked out and problem was getting worse.
The car eventually had a bigger 12mm pump build and a custom compound kit. The car has since been sold.

ОтветитьPoor tdi lol! You can’t notice the engine misfiring? Sounds like remap had injection timing off and the pump timing was already retarded to far. You can scratch the road 1st and 2nd gear with just a remap and your setup had much limp. Sorry bud but wasn’t a good choice of your tuner. Your crank revolution sounds like it’s idling at half the speed retarding your cam timing as well. If ya just had vcds. No hard feelings and great video footage.

ОтветитьThats really a small turbo. a lot of money for less power. Go for a real turbo (S200 series, or Holset HX30, HX35)

ОтветитьVery curious how you were able to get any gains from that cone filter. I try ed running it with my setup and gears wouldn't grab. But running a stock turbo and stock air box with several upgrades I have beat literally most cars from 0-100. What is the timing on the fuel pump? And do you have a ecu tune? Otherwise you are seriously missing out on tdi performance. But awesome video n tdi!
