I am blown away by this tutorial. Organized, simple, descriptive...INCREIBLE!! I have one question about patterns and scenes. Not sure if NI checks the comment page or if someone reads this and knows the answer I would appreciate a response :). When I move from pattern to pattern, it picks up the new pattern instantly. Is there a way to delay that to a pre determined moment - like the next bar for example. I use logic loops a lot and that feature is built in, so wondering if the Maschine can do it as well. Thanks again for an amazing tutorial!!!

I didn't realize when I bought the Mk3, and entered the ethos that is "Native Instruments & Maschine", this thing isn't a groove box or music work station, it's a musical EVERY thing, like a true AI "brain" of magic and sounds !
Anything this capable is obviously gonna have a little learning curve, any new owners reading this, don't get discouraged (like I did,)
be proud, and just dive IN and get to grips with this masterpiece gadget!
Lord knows what NI will have in 10 years(!?!)

I love your vids and 1 thing I have not seen you cover is how to get expansion images to show up again if you transfer computers. It looks like I have to re-download all the expansions again for a simple .png not showing up as the cover art. NI has nothing on their site that works for this.

Great tutorials. There is no arranger button or section or clip buttons on my Komplete S88 or my Maschine Mikro mk3. I am still very perplexed about the terminology Song/Arranger mode, section, clips and all of these terms. Doesn't help that there is no Arranger button on my Mashine Mikro mk3 (only full maschine controller as in video), is there a tutorial that clearly explains doing arranger with the software or the terminology conversion between Ableton arranger mode and Maschine arranger mode because NI seem to have confused everyone on how to clearly make linear arrangements. Probably hence why people use purpose built linear Daws for that stuff and keep mashine pad controllers just for beat loops. It's a shame really its just too confusing.

I don't think people who don't use Machine, just how powerful it is!!! I have no need to be mobile, but I would take this and a powerful laptop of an MPC any day of the week.

Do all these work for Maschine Studiio as well? I spent a lot of money on Maschine studio as their flagship back in the day and I feel like it's kind of been forgotten about. I can't figure out how to do a lot of things that I used to be able to do since every update is dedicated to a newer machine. Can't find humanizer and randomizer among other things. Its just gone after an update.

When I load a loop it still says sampler and has the voice settings instead of the mode. How do I get it into the blue audio plugin mode like you have around 11 minutes?

I can't get beyond the log-on screen that reminds me it's cleverly named Maschine+. I spent 6 hours trying to register this thing. I assume NI thinks there's a bunch of people making these on 3D printers. Their hardware protection scheme is nothing short of insanely poorly Implemed. Have they heard of iLok? I don't get their paranoia but it kept failing as I registered on their web site and then they wanted me to register off the screen on Maschine+ which just gave me server error time after time. Really really bad UI adn back-end. It's going in the eCycle with the S61 MKII which also won't boot past the 2nd screen. Owned both for 5 months and never heard a single sound.

Hello, thanks for the helpful video. I’m still confused about automation and it’s relationships to patterns. If I automate a fade in for example on one pattern then duplicate it and delete the automation on the second pattern it’s gone from the first. If I instead try to automate a sustained level on the second pattern the fade-in on the first now goes relative from that sustained level on the second pattern and up. What am I doing wrong here? It seems like it should be simple but can’t figure it out and there are no videos online diving into this as far as I can tell.

how can I use my guitar on the maschine mk3 do I plug in mic input if so I tried and can’t seem to hear any sound also is there any guitar effects in the mk3 system . Please help me get my guitar to work with my big MK3 maschine thank you

for some reason though when i make an aux pad for send and return effects, the fx do not work on the pad i select.. it sometimes works and then just wont at all. very confused. any help ?
