I just started playing 5 days ago and just unlocked the Aircraft aspect of the game and sky battles are so fun. But i also have massive skill issue lol.

IMO, Heavy frames SHOULD NOT make you SLOW.. its the Blades that Should MEAN your SPEED.. AND IT DONT/.

I just jumped back in the game after 2-3 months and I have tons of fun with helicopters just like during OWG Brawl.

Not sure if you're interested, but I want you invite to check out my builds in Crossout (PC). I play for fun since CBT and mostly with art builds based on specific IRL models (or some other crazy stuff) that are somewhat capable to fight fairly okay in right hands (nothing meta). Either way I'm getting a lot of good reviews from players (and still holding on in Top 30 Creators on exhibition) for my builds.

Look for Devil Six (with underscore at front, middle and the end of my name "_"). From my current Heli Builds you can find:

MH6 Little Bird - a very old build that used to be a hover build packed with dual Millers, fast and nimble.

MH6 Night Bird - an AC Therms version of Little Bird for a bit lower PS matches, good for recon as well.

AH64 Apache - heavy, but quite durable helicopter with AC Joule and dual Pyralids for extra firepower.

AH56 Cheyenne - my newest creation, more nimble than Apache and the fastest one yet equipped with Impulse GL and dual Pyralids, but a bit fragile if you're unlucky.

I'm also up to make two planes on days - P51 Mustang fighter (I have a friend that makes amazing WWII planes Bubr_PL and we're willing to have some fun in Bedlam with them) and even more one, an AC 130U Spooky.

Sadly I don't have flares yet, so none of them is equipped with these (but honestly after OWG I don't really need them xd).

I jumped on the game first time in years and saw they added helicopters. I wanna make a gunship chinook build be cool. I mounted a mammoth for giggles on the default generated one. It was hilarious on the recoil

I love the heli-mode, but it seems whenever I take a certain type of build, the opponents always have the counter. Like I take short range, they are all missile boats, I take mid range, they are all shotguns. Its fun though. Flares are a must though, cameleon isnt enough

I very much enjoyed your first kill on that missile guy. I got beef with him, so it's personal enjoyment for me 😅

Also in regards to the stillwinds and your stabilising issues, as they're upside down would the elevation changes not mean they could shoot mostly down?

You gotta hold your e-brake in the air to hold/stabilize your chopper and shoot down. 👍

Arbis all day! Shoots rocket spam, melts players with ease, don’t need to lead shots just spray and prey even mg13s are savage enough! Two rads and the trombone you’re set! I run four staggered side mounted so you can easily shoot up and down handbrake is key for stabilisation, or be real nasty and run four parcer shotties lol both with the beholder for the free cloak of course. you can rotate super sharp on EVERY helicopter blade bro. Start with a half roll while turning away from it and then finish with the space to level out.

Awesome video buddy, and yeah missile spam is really annoying, the best way I found to deal with them is a cloak and Argos, I use cyclone's, and cheetah engine, it handles those missile's quite well, but nice flying dude

4k chopper build? I haven't played PvP. Too much of a whimp. :P

For those stuck in low PS games, like 4k or less, the helicopter game mode is a relaxation from the melee spam.

Helicopter mode isn't as popular as everyone thought it was gonna be. Queue times are 3-5 mins and ur lucky to have 1-2 human players on your team. I was even spawned in a match with only 1 human player on my team against 4 human players on opposing team. What's funny is that people were trying to argue against me saying that so many people started playing Crossout again due to the helicopter mode yet majority of the player base still prefers regular mode. 😂 Or at least on Xbox. Crossout was never meant to be a flying game and I personally don't think it should be. But to each his own I suppose. 👌😁

Love your vids, but i am having a hard time with the helicopter update. Might just quit playing if this is the way they are going with the game. I will still try to watch your videos if I stop playing.

Just played with a heli tsunami build. That was freaking fun. Not effective. Just fun.

Guys you can tell what ever you want but bots are way OP in heli mode.

They should have made an ornament for us that looks like a rear propeller.

does the drone glitch work with the rotars?

Heli mod is fun asf however missile spam builds and Caucasus builds ruined the mode sinds they barely take any skill to use

Haven’t played the helicopter mode much, ground seems to still be worth the resources and time.
