Hi sir thank you very much for your knowledge sharing .now problem .I have sony kdl 49We633 .SO IBWAS WATCHING AND ALL OF SUDDEN EVERY THING WENT BLACK .THEN I TRIED MANY THING ALL THE TRICKS MENTIONED BUT IT DOES NOT COME BACK ON . CABLE FINE PLUGS FINE .SO WHEN YOU SWITCH OFF MAIN POINT AND SWITCH BACK ON .POWER WHITE LIGHT COMES ON AND YOU SEE A VERY FAINT IMAGE OF SONY BUT NOTHING COMES ON EVERY THING GOES BLACK .THEN RED LIGHT FLASHES 6 TIME AND ALL THATS ALL THAT HAPPENS .ANY HELP ALSO OF YOU CAN MAKE A VIDEO OF DIFFERENT PROBLEM WHICH ARE ENCOUNTERED SYMPTOMS AND EEFECTS AND WHAT TO CHECK AND HOW TO CHECK AND FIX THAT WOULD BE AMAZING .BUT PLEASE MY PROBLEM .ITS QUITE EXPENSIVE TV .IM FROM UK

I have a dixon 31 inch, LED tv, model number:STY0632 , someone peeled off the serial number sticker , like you said in the video, the backlight is on, like when I switch on the TV, you can see the blue-black backlight is on, the audio plays fine, but there is no image, is this the T-con board that needs to be repllaced? Then at some point when the Tv gets hot, the image suddenly appears.

Advice please. I have ann old Sony Bravia and all the HDMI ports do not work. Should i replace the board?

I have a 55 inch Samsung UN55RU8000FXZA.

1) The standby light flashes momentarily when I try to turn on the TV but there is no picture/ sound/ or backlight.
2) The 3 electrolytic caps on The Power Supply Board at the top left ( near the o/p to the main Board) have 'domed' tops.
3) When I unplug the Main Board from the Power Supply Board the Backlight turns on.
4) The o/p connector of the Power Supply Board has ground at the pins at the ends & all others are 13Vdc.
5) The 13Vdc is present with the Main Board plugged in or not plugged in.
6) The Main Board does make a sound at turn on like a 'Flyback Transformer' (but only for a moment).

My first thought was that the Main Board has a short that is drawing down the Power Supply & keeping the Backlight from turning on. But the other possibility is that the Power Supply Board can't source the current to the Main Board.

7) Additionally, I disconnected the 3 output cables from the Main Board & the backlight is still not lit.

Have you any suggestions?

I have an old rak 46 tv and it goes black but the sound is on.i tried to find a back light but couldn't find it's exact one, i want to know can i use another brands back light and modify it?

I HAVE SAMSUNG UN50TU8000FXZA. A SEVERAL DADYS AGO TY TURN OFF AN I HAD PROBLEM TO TURN ON PROPERLY. I UNPLUGGED IT WAIT PLUGGED IT ........AGAIN.....THIS TIME HOLD START BUTTOM 30 SECCOND .....AFTER A FEW TIME TV START WORKING. YESTERDAY THE TV TURNED OFF AND I CAN TURN IT ON. WHEN I DO I HAVE BLACK ANE BLUE SCREEN. WHEN I DISCONECTED POWER SUPPLY FROM MAIN BOARD I GOT SOUND AND CNOTINUOUS REGULLAR BLUE SCREEN. ITS WORKING WITHOUT PICTURE. WHEN I CONNECTETED TO MAIN BOARD AGAIN JUST BLACK AN BLUE SCREEN ALTERNATELY. SHOULD I REPLACE A MAIN BOARD? OR ITS PROBLEM WITH TCON BOARDS ?

Toshiba 55u7863DBC, 10120022 181000212 (2019). TV fails to enter standby. No green LED on front panel with AC applied. PSU DC outputs measured on diodes seem ok. 2x25V, 4x12v, 4x78v. PSU is Vestel
Thanks for any suggestion as to cause. Note failure occurred while TV was on and functioning. It briefly recovered for 1 day then stopped again mid operation.

Problem I'm having is my Philips TV turns on picture comes on and the shuts it self off instantly

I just replaced my mainboard on my CX after my television was randomly freezing and making a horrific siren like nose until I unplugged it. It would also randomly freeze without the noise and I would have to unplug it to get it to work again.

I ended finding a lot on eBay containing a used like new mainboard, power supply, wifi module, power button, and screen board for only $75. I couldn't believe how cheap I got all of these parts for; $75 for a $291 mainboard is a steal. I got really lucky finding this deal. My tv works fine now and I have a ton of backup parts as well. Doing this myself saved me around $500 to $600. The hardest part was moving the tv out of the carpeted room and into a room without carpet.

I have a sharp lc-55le653u television that has sound but no picture. When I turned it on, there was a picture for a split second and then it blinked off but it still lights up, there isn't any picture though, I tried replacing the tcon board and the main board, really because they were cheaper, but neither worked, any tips or tricks, or hints or help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have a Seiki Ultra -HD SMART TV model SC-49UK700N that recently started not showing a picture! I was watching it and decided to turn it off before going leaving home. When I returned home I had sound but no picture. I used the flash light test and discovered I could see images although very faintly. I have a UE50TU8072UXXH samsung TV. Not used for almost three years.
We began to use it recently and suddenly it can't start up.
1-The standby red light keeps going on and off.2- The back lights keep going on and off within seconds.
3- The output voltages that go from the power supply to the main board are 27 volts instead of 13 volts (I don't know why)

My questions are:
1-If I replace the power supply ( NB4401054E), will the issue be fixed? 
2- Is it possible that the panel is damaged?
 Please note that If I disconnect the ribbon that goes to the panel the back lights turn on permanently.
