How To Create Salesforce Users Instantly With Flow

I created this Screen Flow to drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to create Users in a specific Org.

After inputting the Users first and last name into the initial screen, the rest of the values are populated automatically (in most cases) using default values and formula variables in the Flow. The Flow checks for User Licenses, pre-existing Username, and provides specific information in the event a Username is being used, or there are not enough licenses available. If everything is in order, the User is created, and another Flow assigns Permission Sets.

After the User is created, I am creating several other records with this Flow and presenting other screens. However, the User creation process is complete after those first two screens. Instead of taking 15 minutes to create a new User, it now takes less than 15 seconds!
