After nightwish , Tarja discovered her own voice and style, and it sounds amasing.

I remember how stoked I was when she went solo. She's Queen now. Has always been forever and always.

That open letter was pretty shabby. Burning bridges is bad business.

I think that Nightwish has a singer better suited to their style and Tarja has music better suited to her voice.

That is not Tarja. The little girl is the real one. The witch is an entity called Galatian Jephanet. They were hiding on a wax doll moon called Gala.

Fell in love with her the first time in 2004. Still am. Because god dammnit she is such a goddes.

She's a goddess of music 😍

Tarja is a wonderful singer and deals with her pain responsibly by getting it out through her music rather than keeping it trapped inside. I don't know the full truth of what lay behind the pain - I don't think anyone really knows the full truth, even those involved will only really know their side - but I can hope that some day there will be some sort of healing for all concerned. Tarja has since suffered further misfortunes, such as her stroke at such an early age. I deeply respect Tarja and her inner strength that, frankly, not many could match.

This song makes me sad for her, that she lost her childhood friends and, really, lost much of what shaped her. What doesn't kill you doesn't make you stronger, but it is survivable nonetheless and Tarja really shows that here. She's braver than I would have been, and so again I wish for her some restoration of what she's lost, she's more than earned the right to have joyous memories.
