I lost my mom 4 years ago, and my dad last year. This songs reminisces my life at home & mornings having breakfast with them. I miss you so much Mom & Dad, always wanted to go back home and hug you one more time.

This song… I don’t have a guiding light like I did when I first heard this song on the Live at Bangor Abbey album in 2014, but now (Sept 2023), I still feel the power in it. It’s both powerful and hopeful, while also dropping me to my knees to just hold on… I’m so happy to see these other comments here and to learn that I’m not the only one so deeply affected by it. ❤️‍🩹

My youngest son of 29 died to a cold prison floor on medication the warden prescribed for anxiety. Died on his favorite holiday…..Thanksgiving 2018, Buried him the 28, on my bday! His birthday is the 18th of June, he has be allowed to send amazing, unbelievable, beautiful gifts from heaven and like a cool breeze passing through I just received this jaw dropping song.
