Batman Case? SilverStone Raven 5 RV05 PC Case Review

This is cool thinking, but doesn't seem practical, also is it just me, but the front looks awesome then they dropped the ball EVERYWHERE ELSE!

I always get mind blown by silverstone cases 

Is there any space next to the left AP181 fan? Can't see cause of the hdd cage.

Fitting a dual 180mm rad would make for an awesome yet small semipassive build!

Such an ugly case.

The Raven 2 evolution ist still the best of all raven cases. 

Silverstone consistently has the airflow and dust filters done right, don't they.

So is this considered a mid or full tower? what I've learnt is that it's only slightly bigger than mid tower but it has the capacity close to a full tower because now that silverstone decided to take the drive bay completely out of this design.

Love the RV05 but still prefer my RV01 in terms of overall capacity and options.

So I think that I'm most likely gonna get this case but I have a question regarding the fans with low, medium and high setting. Will I be able to run games on highest settings with the fans set at low and medium? The high setting seems to be pretty loud and that'd be kind of annoying.

what about installing liquid cooling system with 2 fan?

I don't understand why anyone would want to buy this. The Fractal Design Define S costs less than 100EUR, is far more silent than this, has better airflow and offers 3 HDD's and 2 SSD's. To top it off, the Define S is a quality case; this Silverstone is not.

It is very ugly.

Silverstone achieved perfection with the RV02E case, but have gone down hill ever since. The 03 was mediocre and the 04 is just awful. At least this 05 case seems to be okay. Still, it pales in comparison to the RV02E in every way. It sucks that they don't manufacture that case anymore. They just need to go back to what has already been proven to work.

Love my RV05 casing. Great airflow and the top I/O panel is so accessible compared to regular cases. Pity the GPU length is limited to 12.3 inches coz I would like to get the 12.8 inches triple fans cards.

just got it and its great. Just forget the drive bay and cd holder and you get plenty of room for cables. The plastic is thick and good quality and doesn't attract finger prints. good fit and quality overall though that window is a little low placed on the panel for my liking

OMG it's soooo uncomfortable and inconvenient to lift that super heavy plastic piece off the top. Damn r u ok after all that hard work???

A brilliant design that needs update and refinement. I'm in 2020 and this is still probably one of the best airflow cases out there. Air goes in from the buttom and goes up and exits up. Hot air is not passed around, it just goes up and out. IO accessibility is better than anything.

Are the side panels metal or plastic?

Are the 2 case fans automatic?
