The tiny pipes are just mario 3’s jungle theme, shown by them blending together frequently and their lack of functionality in the stage “Pipe Plaza” or something. you may be able to find it in a course world video. it was disappointing to me too, but yea, they’re ground.

The so-called "Toy Theme" is the Sky Theme for SM3DW
