It didn't work for me. I moved my Alexa to another house and it won't let me log in. I've tried everything, changed my password, another account, restarted, etc. I don't know what to do! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Hi, I was able to solve the problem of not finding my account when logging in. I had to call technical support, gave my details and within 24 hours they unblocked it. It started working again after dealing with it. and try all the ways. It worked for me. Good luck!

These devices are bricked, permanently disabled from Amazon directly.
