My New Favorite Build!! | One Bar Arcanist for the Elder Scrolls Online Necrom

Redoing the math on how much damage comes from Inspired Scholarship in Crux generation: it lasts for 30 seconds, and can only generate crux on a pragmatic fatecarver build a maximum of once per 6 second crux cycle, which means you can get a maximum of 5 crux from Inspired scholarship making the skill worth roughly 5-7 spammables which is less than an ultimate, but still wildly strong. On an exhausting fatecarver crux cycle which is 7 seconds, you can still only generate 1 crux from it, so you end up with 4-5 crux generated so it actually becomes slightly less valuable compared to a pragmatic fatecarver build (but those crux are worth more so it evens out or still improves).

tldr; you will probably only generate 4-5 crux from inspired scholarship depending on your fatecarver morph. It is still the MOST valuable skill in the entire kit to keep up for DPS.

Quick question... did you clear Vet Drake Villa on this setup? I've been testing out a bunch of diff Arcanist builds on PTS but I keep getting killed between shields or when overrun by adds... ugh. How many other vDLC dungeons did you put this particular build through? Thanks for sharing!

Great build! Need to get this set up. Currently running it 1 bar dps using deadly and soulshine. That BEAM is insanely powerful with those 2 sets and crux 😮

Did you try all other posibilities for this ? Just wondering as itl save me time to just do what youve done or not, as therez already major brutality on the ring and could drop that skill for the spamable first skill on first class abilitly line forget its name but its very strong then you could choose the other morph a that tenticle skill that buffs your damg by 12% for the next 20seconds , obv will be much worse on sustain etc . Just a idea already but ive not been fused till now on oakensoul so ill try this out looks good and finally a reason to use my iceheart too

Been a big fan of the arcanist, it's a lot of fun, has really cool looking skills and sound design, glad to see a one bar build as I struggle a bit maintaining 2 bars, can get a bit overwhelming at times :P
