You do such an amazing job with these videos, it’s honestly so helpful to have this information reinforced because it can be SO EASY to fall into these scams and be led to believe that you are the failure if you don’t make it big, after all, it’s fool proof!
I would love to see a deep dive on Amway! They are HUGE into the cult mindset and very openly teach their reps to switch all of their own daily use products to Amway brands. You are shamed if everything in your home isn’t a plug for your business. Everything from toilet paper to supplements, drinks, food, makeup and cleaning products. Never mind forfeiting your social media to the company advertising, YOUR OWN HOME becomes a show room! They are predatory AF in their recruiting process as well! I was a new mom in an abusive relationship living far from my friends and family and my employer (I worked as their nanny) took complete and total advantage of that. It is worth saying that they were also a family with young children as well as some complex medical complications to handle themselves who I can clearly see now are also being victimized by this horrific scheme. I hope that they find a way out one day too, it’s sad what kind of actions people in these MLMs will go to out of their own desperation and delusions.

Im not defending thrive, but transdermal medicine is very legit. That's what the patch is. Transdermal. I'm not saying that specific works or does what it says, but that's how nicotine patches and birth control patches work.

Love most of your content and only discovered your channel about a month ago. Glad you're pointing out and calling out the BS however some of the snarkiness is unnecessary. I get it though. I used to be like that til I hit my 60s. You can still make a huge impact with some temperament. I know it's hard when you're exposing them for their audacity in trying to scam folks.

It's incredible how many seemingly smart people fall for these scams. Hopefully the realize that sooner than later.

I tried to promote it for free, took advantage of another sellers 'free 3 day samples' which most likely came from the $200-$400 package they try to convince you to buy to get active. I decided to advirtize on all of my social media for about 2 weeks, used the samples as i was told while advirtising and absolutely no one was interested. Im glad i didnt spend anything but oh man did i make myself look dumb there for a few weeks

Its tragic that Shanann didn't have the chance to realize the Thrive gig was not sustainable,and unstable. She did work hard at it which was obvious. I feel she was doing her best,not sitting on her ass,a motivated person and a great mother from what I could see. Parents are never perfect. Guarantee her daughters across the hall were in the front of her mind as he murdered her-extremely cruel way to go. Wish she could've kicked the crap out of him. The fact she had no defensive wounds confirms he caught her off guard.

I tried being a Rep and the products DO help. Some of them anyway.. I am part of the percentage who gets nasty bloody looking rashes from the patch that instantly set my Husband against the company, so I never had his support, but I don't blame him.. All anyone needs to know is that you can not succeed at this company unless you're coming in with a preexisting following. The prices are outrageous but the business end of things is very creative. They claim all natural, natural, love yourself and more, yet ALL of those who are successful look the same. I started to feel like it was a company created by stepford wives. I was completely done when one of the top sellers was talking about getting botox between her breasts because of wrinkles 😳 The more successful, the more things changed. ALL the successful people at the top have fake lashes, fake nails, spray tans, shiny white teeth, botox, hair did and so on... I stopped being able to relate to anyone, especially my own promoter. After she started getting more and more followers she started changing more and more. Now I just constantly see vacations, new trucks for her aduld kids, new this and new that, money money money.... Maybe it's not a scam but it sure as hell isn't easy. After 1 year I only had 3 people interested, NOT signed up, and it was all family. My Aunt actually has money but couldn't justify spending the money. She wanted to try it for a month but was pushed into the 3 months and canceled after 1 month. The new food program is definitely a scam and not for REAL sized families. NOW I see there's a new workout program and I can only roll my eyes thinking about how expensive that will be, especially since these extras aren't included in the membership price. This company is no longer unique or different, just a money grabbing scam.

Ok so the Thrive Experience is vitamins. It is recommended to give it 8 weeks and it's not just about weight loss but getting premium nutrition and vitamins

Re stickers working wonders on your body; it’s used in medicine for example nicotine patches and painkiller patches. So there can absolutely be something in the stickers that affects your body. I don’t see why not some kind of amphetamine in a patch wouldn’t make you lose weight.
Medication / substances can definitely be absorbed through the skin.

I didn't know that Le-Vel was supposed to be 8 weeks. I know people who have been using the shakes and patches for a few years. Someone gave me a 3 day sample, and it made me sick on the first day. I only accepted the free sample, never gave a card number. When I told the girl that I got sick, she unfriended me because she knew she wasn't going to sell me anything. She wasn't going to sell me anything anyway, but without the trip to urgent care, I know that she would have kept trying

TBH I think the level patch , which was so high in caffeine that people were getting sick and crazy, had a lot to do with Chris Watts ultimate behavior! He doubled up on those patches and I think they affected his mental health!

I tried the Thrive products one time 8 years ago as a free sample and I felt like I was dying. I was so shaky, my heart was palpitating, sick to my stomach. It was horrible.

I don’t normally consume caffeine, so it was probably a huge shock to my body.

I never heard of this company until Chris Watts murdered his wife and two girls . Every news organization always brought up these patches she was on . Sadly , the murders basically became an advertisement for the company. The company didn’t use it for sales but the media did by doing some focusing on the patches and people felt by buying them was somehow supporting the victims. Also some people want to know what was in this stuff because her husband Chris also wore them…..as if it may have caused him to go mental. . I am curious what was the sales rate was at that time.

I just enjoy their products honestly, I had insomnia for two years im talking about chronic insomnia, and their products do help me sleep bettter. Im not saying you need them because you dont but i do like them and do feel better. Yall blaming them for Chris Watts murdering his family is absolutely retarded.

I love how far you have come! I’ve binged all the horror stories over the past couple months and am working my way through top fails. Even though I now know what you are going to say before you even say it, I keep listening while cleaning or driving because your voice is so soothing and your logic so on point. I have been using thrive on and off for the last 7 ish years and although not every single product they have works 100% perfect for me. The ones that do work, really really work well. I have gotten so many things for free. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for free the amount of money I've spent on Thrive is way less than what I have gotten for free. I know this isn't the case for everyone but in my experience, only this is the way it's been. I went from 230 pounds down to 130 pounds in a year using Thrive and changing absolutely nothing about the way I ate and I didn't exercise either. Honestly, what I think happened is all the supplements in the Thrive. I was taking balanced out my hormones and that's why I lost the weight. But I also felt amazing and I was able to come off of a lot of my medication's. But I never went into it from the beginning, thinking that it was one giant miracle product because nothing is, all I can attest to is that the products from Thrive helped me achieve a lot of goals that made me feel better about myself mentally and physically.

I like to try to cycle everything in my life and that's why I go from periods of being on Thrive to periods of not being on Thrive. They do tell you not to do this but I do what works for me and my body.

Basically, I just came here to say that I am extremely in tune with my body and I know things that work for me and things that don't, and to just come out and say that this is a complete scam and nothing works is just a false statement because it works for me. Again, although not, everyone has the same experience this was my experience.

Hi Hannah first i have to tell you I love you and your videos your great and second I just got done with massage therapy school and my teacher told us to join young living to make extra money she made it seem easy and cheap but she also said she makes like 100,000 from massage but more from young living I thought it was odd, my parents knew people that were in mlms in the 80s so I kinda knew what an mlm was but I wanted to do my own resech before I decided to join or not I'm glad came across your video I will not be joining thank you for making these videos it helped me a lot ❤ I'm going to share this with my class mates if that's OK I don't want them to get roped in to a mlm thanks again ❤

First, I am NOT defending Thrive. I absolutely loathe MLM companies. My only issue is your scorn of transdermal patches. Those types of delivery systems have been used for years - helping to reduce smoking, pain management, etc. It isn’t that much of a stretch to have supplements delivered in the same manner.

She claims that thrive has helped her lose weight and gives her energy. I tried one sip of her shake and didn’t like it, which made her so salty. I am scared thinking about how much money she loses by spending her own money in order to remain an active member. She refuses to talk about how much she’s selling so I assume it’s not a lot. One day I hope she’ll finally realize what kind of company she’s a part of and leave
