As explained from Dr Joe, the Kaleidoscope brings the brain to a different wave of energy and help you to go deeper in a state of relaxation.
If you find them irritating, or distracting I'm Sorry but this is the purpose of this channel: to combine my kaleidoscope art to the messages of Dr joe and other speakers and teachers
I love kaleidoscopes and love very much as Dr Joe explained the use of it, in an advanced retreat that I followed some times ago

FIRST INTERPRETATION a) I squeeze perineum muscles and block muladhara chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. b) squeeze perineum, block muladhara, contract muscles of low abdomen blocking swadisthana chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. c) squeeze the perineum, block muladhara, contract the muscles of low and upper abdomen blocking swadisthana and manipura chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. or SECOND INTERPRETATION a) I squeeze perineum muscles and block muladhara chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. b) contract muscles of low abdomen blocking swadisthana chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. c) contract the muscles of upper abdomen blocking manipura chakra while I inhale up to the third eye, hold the breath, exhale. Things that have been written about thousands of years ago but he's able to bring into the 21st century with tremendous clarity
