ОтветитьI just did my 28 mintues yoga session , It was my first time doing yoga. Cant believe the calmness , the emptyness , the pain , the peace i Got all in the same time . My mind was so complicated before and It just decreased everything. I feel so better , I can't believe this feeling. THANKS.

Ответитьgiving myself the time to "show up" on the mat (though i did it on the cold floor really which i enjoy), made me realize that i have so much love to give to all humanity. yoga is more than all the graceful, relaxing and uncomfortable positions (for beginners like me), it lifted my spirit and reminded me to connect with earth, gaia, the universe and with my spirit. thank you.

I can truly say, this was the most relaxing yoga I have ever did.
