I discovered your videos about 6 months ago and have been working out with you since then 5-7x per week. I have improved my strength, balance, and stamina allowing me to "graduate" to intermediate-level workouts. Definitely appreciate routines that build on the gains we achieve here. ОтветитьThe Floating Cottage is rolling with chop raised up by 20mph winds! I sorta had do everything with two feet "anchored" on the floor! Good thing that my overall balance has improved in recent months! It's getting a workout and helping me with my "sea legs"!!!

ОтветитьHey! I really enjoyed the percussion track that you added to this one! ...oh...wait...nope, I think that was my knees creaking and my shoulders clicking. Oh well. At least they were in time the the music.

Ответить10:30 am. I enjoy the variety of workouts you put on. Recently i do some easier workouts as i have a reverse shoulder operation done and I’m (self controlled ) diabetic so needed exercise. I’m very happy with the routine and look forward to doing the exercise s.

ОтветитьMy intervals are getting stronger, cardio-recovery quicker, less trout-breathing (lips open wide, gulping air)...definitely feeling the benefits of regular workouts and challenging myself!
...however...still no luck on getting my hands (or even fingertips) down the floor on those squats...maybe in a year or two...or three...or seven...
Managed to double-time a couple of intervals, elevated cardio by keeping my elbows at or above shoulder level on a few others. Squats are getting better...I can get to my shins now, for the pulses, not quite down to the floor---but seeing as how I could barely get hands-to-knees during the squats when I started, this is major improvement! Woo-hoo!!!

ОтветитьJust tried this one today and it helped me work up a big sweat. Loved it and I"m downloading it! I normally do your 10-minute videos but as I lose more weight I"m incorporating more of your longer workouts.

I wasn't motivated this morning to work out, but this routine got my lazy self moving and loving it. Thanks Jules so much! PS-I loved that second to the last song, the one right before the stretch, any chance you could tell us the name of it? It's probably a popular song that everyone knows except behind the times me LOL!
