I'm not an apple user. Is there any way I can find an app for my amazon tablet and additionally Is there any way I can control it remotely

I would appreciate any recommendations for a quick-release plate that I could leave attached for my camera cage to drop onto, I don't like having to cram my hands under the prompter to line up that 1/4-inch screw. Would prefer to simply place camera and tighten from above.

I just got my version of this teleprompter 2 days ago. The only issue I had with it right out of box was that the 2-way glass had smears and finger prints on both sides of the glass. Although it was cleaned in 5 minutes it was a disappointment to have to clean it right away. The teleprompter was easy to set up an use with my iPad. I played with a few different pieces of teleprompter software before settling on PromptSmart Pro.

I’ve started a channel about my observatory and astrophotography, and memorising scripts is not among my strengths. Yesterday I was able to record the intro and outro for a video in under an hour. A vast improvement over the 3 hours spent in the cold with a previous video. The GlideGear TMP 100 teleprompter is definitely one of the most useful and productive pieces of gear I’ve got for my small studio. I’d recommend it to creators who are looking to make better use of their time than creating outtakes from mishandle dialogue.

Can I use the phone camera instead of the professional camera? Is there a light blocking device for this?

I can't get the iPad to reflect properly. It turned it all kinds of ways. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it corrected?

Hi team, really loving the TMP 100 right now on my Manfrotto tripod. I would like to get it mounted to my desk though, however. Any guidance on getting the TMP 100 mounted to a desk? What components would you recommend with it besides a tripod? As the tripod takes up way too much space behind the desk.

Is this mounted on the tripod backwards?

Would this work with a DJI Ronin 4D? or Just smaller cameras?

What's the part that you use on the plate to attach to the camera? It's really not clear in the video...

what apps for the text do you recommend for iPads? I'd really like one that was voice activated but not jerky - would be great to have suggestions from people.
